My name is Frank Rolfe and I built one of the largest outdoor billboard companies in Dallas / Fort Worth from scratch.  When I sold my business to a public company in 1996, I had over 300 billboards.  No one knows the outdoor billboard business better than I do and, if they do, they refuse to reveal their trade secrets.
